Rev. John Christos
Principal & Content Development, Equipping Nations Academy
Rev. John Christos serves as Principal of Equipping Nations Academy, bringing together over 16 years of ministry experience, including leadership roles, and 8 years of corporate and entrepreneurial work in IT, e-learning, and ITeS. An ordained lead pastor, teacher, and theologian, he has pioneered gospel programs that have reached over 10,000 people with the good news, led hundreds of outreaches, discipled believers weekly for more than 15 years, and invested over 4,000 hours in teaching theology through various programs and discipleship initiatives. He has also contributed 5,000 hours in classroom education for marginalized students and has ministered inner healing and counsel to hundreds of people.
Holding an MBA and doctorate (hon) in theology, John has served on various boards, including church ministries, minority school, and trusts for the education of underprivileged children, bringing strategic leadership to both ministry and community transformation. In 2020, John received a clear mandate from the Holy Spirit to equip the nations for ministry and for the coming harvest. His mission is to raise Biblically grounded, Spirit-empowered, mission-focused leaders who will impact churches, communities, and nations for the glory of God.

Jeevan Medisetty is a visionary leader who blends professional expertise with a deep commitment to ministry and social impact.
A first-generation Christian since 1999, Jeevan’s faith journey was deepened by a life-changing encounter in 2007 and water baptism in 2010. His ministry spans media, missions, and leadership across churches and communities. He has also engaged in mission outreach in various affected regions and now partners with organizations serving vulnerable groups across North India.
Jeevan holds an MBA in Marketing & Operations and a Mechanical Engineering background. With over a decade of global experience across North America, APAC, GCC, and Europe, he has excelled in advertising, marketing, solution design, operations, and customer success, with expertise in digital commerce, SaaS/PaaS, IT, consulting, and eCommerce.
